If in previous quarter you show that sale then you have to issue C form for that Quarter otherwise you can issue in current Quarter. I am not sure but this is the best i can say about this.

i agree with you, but will dealer accept the same. coz he shown that bill in previous return.

In Vat act sales is deemed on date of invoice, in current case you have to revised your quarterly return and have to give c form in previous quarter
