Tds on payment of subscription charges for database usage

Hi All

We are using a database from a company which has various research papers and commercial knowledge. Please let me know if we need to deduct TDS for this payment. We are both Indian Companies and in case of Wipro v/s Income Tax Department it was held that this sort of payment shall not be treated as ROYALTY.
