Statutory Form ADT-1 is only for appointment of the auditor which is ratified year after year for 5 consecutive years.
Ratification cannot be considered as appointment. There is no need to file ADT-1 for ratification. However pass an ordinary resolution.
Yes, he was liable to file Form ADT-1 for FY 2014-15 becasue he was appointed only for 1 year earlier (i.e. for FY 2013-14).
Yes for F.Y. 2014-15 , liable to file ADT-1,it is not a ratification
since ADT -1 filed for first time after commencement.
