Dear All,
A Private Limited Company has filled Form ADT 1 within 15 days from the date of appointment of its audior with the ROC.The auditor is an individual person and has been appointed for 3 years.
Will I have to file Form ADT 1 every year or once every three year ? Kindly confirm.
