08 August 2015Ours is a large residential complex. We have a Flat Owners association. We have taken the services of Security company which is a LLP for providing us security services. In their monthly invoices they are not showing Service tax, saying that we as service receiver are required to pay 100% service tax.
Please advise.

Ours Residential Flat Owners Association is registered under Tamilnadu Society's Registration Act 1975 or the Tamilnadu Apartment Ownership Act 1994.
