Board meeting notice
Director being living abroad. Should the co send the notice of BM at his usual address in India or at his address in foreign country?? what's position in new act?

According to (circular)Section 175 of companies act 2013 , you can send it by electronic means provided it has been approved by majority of directors or members of the committee.
Kidnly cross check with others views.
Dear Ankish,
As per law notice of the BM should be send at his usual address in India but as per your case if director request in writing to send at foriegn address then it should be send as per his/her request.

Better is to take request from all the directors to send the notice via email or by some such a like. electronic means and send accordingly
