Suppose total service tax is 100 . In case of renting of motor vehicle partial reverse charge is applicable. How much service tax is payable by service provider if takes abatement of 60 also. Please reply asap.

a) in respect of services provided or agreed to be provided by way of renting or hiring any motor vehicle designed to carry passenger (With abatement)

SP - NIL SR - 100 %

b) in respect of services provided or agreed to be provided by way of renting or hiring any motor vehicle designed to carry passenger on non abated value. (Without Abatement) From 11.07.2014 change in Without Abatement Scheme) SP- 50% SR- 50% -
