Ok. What is the rate of Service Tax towards construction civil works and Lorry Transportors.

Rate of Service tax is 12.36% but in case civil Constuction service there is abetment of 70% (see Notification No.26/2012-ST, Dated 20-06-2012) so effective rate come to 3.71%.
In case of transport (assuming GTA) there is abetment of 75% and effective rate come to 3.09%.
