Digital signature upload

hello all. i am not able to upload the DSC on the income tax portal. After processing it shows a message in red font (error, check details). Security level is set at high as prescribed by the instructions in the portal. Please tell me what should I do so that my Dsc is uploaded on the portal. thanks
