When a staff leaving the company with out keeping any data of the TDS other than the quarterly challan.Is thereany option for giving form 16 for the clients.

You will have to verify whether quarterly tds return has been filed or get it filed. Delay in filing return means penalty of Rs 200/-. After that you can get tds certificate generated online. Pls note presently, this online form 16 only has validity

From your question mentioned It seems k Your accountant has filed Quarterly TDS returns. Now, you have to login on tdscpc website from there you can download and generate TDS certificates.
