I want to known about Rule 3 of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 for list of eligible credits.

Dear sir, You can get the text of rule 3 from the website of cbec. Basic of this rule is that cenvat of excise duty + cvd+sad+st+eligible cesses can be availed on inputs/input services/capital goods used in the manufacture of a dutiable final product or in a providing a taxable output service. The cenvat so availed can be utilized for payment of excise duty/service tax on final product/taxable service.
