Confused in audit
hello....for nov14 attempt which companies act is applicable....
whether 2013 or 1956
please help
I'll be great full if any one can clarify....

Companies Act 2013 (all 45 sections notified by ICAI). and wherever sections not notified 1956 Act still continues. Ref ICAI website in students/knowledge portal/IPC or FINAL course//supplement study material.
Or ref to newsletter of July 2014.
