all CAs must pass llbs, It is easiest professional exam to pass in india.

LLB is very difficult course TO FAIL.

I request everyone NOT TO LOWER THE Dignity of any profession be it LLB or any other.
Being a CA or CA student we should respect Advocates also... otherwise what difference would remain between the Two.?

But it would not be considerable if some one point out our CA profession

Dear PS------------

Nothing is clear about you. Then why you are clearing other status and slapping them. Try to achieve the level of the person on whom you are commenting. You will slap to your child not to your parents. On the other way slapping a child is also banned by the govt. And the decision of court is concerned every one in india know what is going in judiciary now a day.

For best example : the decleration by Hon'ble Markandey Katju.

Every citizen must respect the words of judiciary. We are strong democracy because we respect judiciary. Every profession has it own plus and minus points.

Tax Lawyers Association vs. State of U.P (Allahabad High Court) August 9th, 2014 Interim order passed that non-advocates cannot appear before VAT authorities or advertise services regarding filing of returns/ arguing As an interim measure, we direct the respondents that no person whosoever, may be permitted to advertise in the Newspaper or any leaflet, inviting assesses for the purpose of filing of return or arguing before the authority under the VAT Act. Hahahahahah ICAI ke Chatu, See Kya Ukhad liya ICAI ne, Now the Court has also made a Speaking Verdict, & Slapped the ICAI, & ICAI chup chap Daar ke Bil me ghus gaya. UP HC mei there were many CAs but sab ke faat gayi.
