Can i use black and blue both the inks
i know all the answers are to be written either in blue or black ink. i am going to use blue pen for writing answers BUT CAN I USE BLACK PEN ONLY FOR UNDERLINIG PURPOSES INSTEAD OF PENCIL. i hate using pencil its very light..so i have to run it twice to make it visible.

Dude use a 6B pencil...simple as dat man

Earlier there use to be a provision wherein a candidate was construed to adopt unfair means if he or she highlights the answer. Off late the institute has relaxed this provision, now you can highlight your answers.
