Resubmission of form 112 if transfer

Hello,

I started my articles in 2012 and also submitted the form 112 since I am a sleeping partner in a business. Everything got accepted by the institute.

My family is shifting to a different place and I am planning to transfer my articles, will I need to resubmit the form 112(permission to engage is a business) if I transfer my articles.
