Please help on below query, if I have membership no. of CA and have a audited balance sheet with his signature, can I verify auditor's sign from ICAI site?
I cannot contact the auditor and have to confirm authencity of audited financials. Please help urgently on the matter, I will be helpful for your help.
You can access the public documents of the company filed by the auditor on payment of fees, and you can verify the annual accounts filed on MCA, with the ones you have. In my knowledge ICAI does not host signatures of auditors onsite
Rachana Mam ...how can it be possible that a professional doing his professional work within teritorry of public cannot be verfied...a liitle thing..i.e. signature...
I suggest that if anybody wants to verify a CA details first he can chek details of his membership on Member Directory and then he ca file a RTI to institute and can get details of signature....
