No, it s our client company.Under Section 397 &398 of the Companies act,1956 regarding oppression and mismanagement on receipt of a complaint by the contesting party (Directors) ROC marked the company as having managment dispute. What are all the procedures to be followed for clearing the issue & what are all the consequences if the company is marked as having management dispute?

Dear as i tried to know about what are tremedies are available to the companies but i do not get muchh enough information but as i know
if ROC contended that Managment Disputed then the on recommendation of ROC C.G may appoint additional director removing existing director of company i think it may be remedy for keep in alive of company.
