Is the practice manuals given by ICAI for CA IPCC covered past year attempts questions?
I have old practice manuals of August 2010 should I need to buy new one as my next attempt is in May 2014 or I have scanners which I got with PC Tulsian's Books is that alternate of practice manuals and compiler's of ICAI?

It is better to have latest practice manual issued by the ICAI, because they may give new type questions and answers in that manual
