Revalidation of ipcc course

Sir, As I have submitted my IPCC revalidation application through speed post on 21/12/2013 to southern region Chennai, yet i dint get revalidation letter.As I sent my application through speed post I don't have any kind,of acknowledgment copy.Please help me to find any other way to extend my registration as I have attended for November 2013 exams.Institute people,where not responding to either phone calls or mails.I traced that my application reached them on 23\12\2013 through consignment number.
