Is anyone tell me whether TDS will be deducted on Purchase of Retail POS License in which VAT & Service Tax both is charged and mentioned in Invoice?

Retail POS License is actually License to use Retail Point of Sale Software e.g. Microsoft Dynamics-Navision ERP Software.

I am attaching the Invoice issued by the vendor to the company.
