My Question is 1- Can a trader (non excise able goods having registration of service tax )
2-IS Liable to pay service tax on gta inward/outward ?
3-take service tax input credit of freight inward outward ,Telephone,Postage & Courier ?
4- who will pay Service tax Liability of freight if it is included in invoice ?

Yes, If trader is registered under service tax then he is liable to pay service tax under GTA (Whether inward or outward)
Yes Cenvat can be availed on freight inward/Telephone/postage.
if transporter is not registered under service tax then the trader has to pay service Tax on GTA
