Work in progress in tally.erp 9 for inventory

I am working as an accountant in a pipe industry.

We have some material in production in work-in-progress for more than 2 days and I also verify the system stock and physical stock day by day. So, I get variation at the time of verification of stock due to work-in-progress material. So, how to overcome this problem in tally.erp 9.
