Can a father treat his son as payin Guest and charge amount received from his son as IFHP, the son receives such amount from his employer as HRA Rebate ?

Yes ........possible.
As Section 10(13A) prohibits only when person pays rent to himself or when he pays no rent for occupation of accomodation.
