I have purchased home in May 2013 and I have got possesion in May 2016. Please suggest how can I claim interest from previous financial years?

Hello
i have two home loans
1) On combined name with my wife, i calimed 60% ( Interest part is more than 200000 ) and she claimed 40%. This home is self occupied.
2) Only on my name and this home is vacant in other city.
How i claimed both home loan , which ITR return should i file ( ITR2 or ITR2a.)
