For AY 2013-14 some of my clients did not send ITR-V. Even now I am receiving e-mails .
Can I send now. will it be accepted CPC-bangalore.

It has to sent within 120days from Filing of Return Electronically, If 120 days is not completed from the date of Filing then you can sent it.
From last few years Department was also increasing the time limit for Sending ITV
One must send ITR V within 120 days of filing IT returns online.
