A company has recieved rent for the month of June 12 to Feb 13 in the month Feb 13. can anyone tell me if there is any penalty on late entry of service tax?IF so kindly mention the sections relevant and the amount

does company raise any rent invoice, Plz deposit the service tax with interest.
You should pay the service tax with interest @ of 18% per anum. Penalty will not be applicable.
