Today I got my Student's Journal for June 2013 Issued by ICAI, which contains topices applicable/non applicable for November 2013 CA Final Exam. In the subject of Corporate and allied laws i comes to know that in Non applicable topices
Companies Act 2011 (Which is passed recently in december 2012) is not included.
All previous announcments of institute specifically describes that companies act 2011 not applicable, but this time i don't found any such wording
As my exams are due in November 2013, i want to know that wheather Conpanies Act 2011, is applicable for november 2013 exams.
