The entire data from TIN Website is moved to TRACES its a new website where you have to download and Upload your returns/ Forms etc...

If your registed in TIN try log in to TRACES if Not register again then you can download your form 16A's

first you can entered login with username ,password and TAn no then Open the New Income Tax Site. just you find out FORM 16A under Download tab then click here then open the confirmation details enter after that you've to submitted the Form 16A . one again you go to Request downloads under Download Tab after that two tabs is shown. you select second tab just click in view all just show in request download for "FORM 16A" . when will show available in site that can be download in HTTP format. After that you've to download To generate Form 16 / 16A in PDF format you will need TRACES PDF Generation Utility. Click here to download this utility.

hi sajid, first you have registerd your clients tan no on WWW.TDSCPC.GOV.IN and then go

Download>Form16>select single or bulk>give f.y.& qtr. details> provisional Receipt,challan,BSRcode,Deductee Details,Amount> submit.

After Complete this procedure code is generate 

Then go Download>Download Request>Available.
