Can a partnership firm pay Consultancy Charges to its Partner for his/her Services??? Should TDS be deducted by the Firm??

Yes like remuneration & int paid to partners it can also pay such chgs & claim deduction from taxble income.

yes firm can pay & deduct TDS @ 10% u/s 194j
