well there is a person who is a ordinary resident of india but has some income from sources outside india so how would this income be taxable and where would he pay the tax on such income outside india where he has the income or in india............please reply as soon as possible

Dear Himanshika,
From your words its clear that he has not paid any tax in that country,hence he has to pay tax here in INdia in regular way.
But if he had already paid tax in that particular country,then although its again taxable in India but he can claim rebate u/s-90-91.
