Please may anyone suggest which taxation book / author to refer for IPCC May 2013 among Singhania and Manoharan. Price of books should not be a constraint.

T N Manoharan should be useful source. Complement it with latest practice manual and RTP.

Singhania is voluminous... Prefer TNM... It is examination oriented book... All the best...

VM may be d right one , bt there are many ( incl . Prof 's ) who suggest TNM for reason that it's the most convinient among d 3 to learn on exam point of view.

So, finally someone recommended Vikash Mundhra. I will also recommend this book.
T.N Manoharan is also good but you can understand and cover the syllabus much faster with Mundhra's book. Chapter Recap and Case Law Summary given at the end of the chapters will help you during exam days.

I think VK singhania is also a good book..i dont know about TN or mundhra..coz i' ve completed my PCC in may 11..and at that time 2 books were preffered Girish ahuja and VK singhania....rest upto u and other preferences by CCI members
