Manually signing MOA and AoA versus electronic signing

Hello Sir,

Couple of Questions:

  1. Should the manually signed documents of directors of annexures be scanned and incorporated into the MoA and AoA printed for eFilling of Form-22, Form-1?
  2. Should document the MoA and AoA documents be digitally signed?
  3. If the MoA and AoA documents are uploaded without the signatures online, what happens to the money paid for Stamp duty?
  4. What happens to AoA and MoA with eStamping document? Will it be posted back to the company with the # assigned? Little confused what happens after the approval is completed.
  5. What is the logic and significance of manual signatures in AoA and MoA? When digital signatures are already alvailable?

1.yes moa & Aoa should be manually signed and nt digitally...

2. If the moa & Aoa are uploaded w/o signature you ll be asked to resubmit the moa & Aoa filing form 67 and you ll nt b reqd to pay stamp duty again

3. The logic behind manual signature is tht ROC wants to assure that the form was filled & Signed in person and in front f witnesses and not online

Incase of further queries plz comment
