Nov 2012 was the last attempt for PCC students (https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=4525). After that there has not been any announcement by the ICAI for extension. Now you have to convert to IPCC for May 2013 exams and you will be eligible to appear for exams since you have already fulfilled the requirement of 9 months of study course by doing your articleship.
icai has earlier annouced that Nov'12 is last attempt for pcc students...
