U can view COI on MCA site by paying Rs.50/- fee.

Yes you can get the copy of Certificate of Incorporation on View Public Document (online search facility) on MCA21 by paying Rs.50/- but you need to first get register on MCA21 as you have to log in for payment of Rs. 50/-.
