If the high sea sale is within the state then yes, and if the same is for the purpose of export then vat is not applicable.

Hi,

VAT is not applicatble in case of HIGH SEAS SALE. As in the case of HIGH SEAS SALE no value is added in that. So, VAT is not applicable.

or

2.Invoice amount (basic+excise+cst)
