Members or debenture holders can inspect the register and index without payment of any fee and any other person can inspect the register on payment of the requisite fee.

In continuation to Ms. Charu,
Only such member can ask the extract who has carried inspection. Company need to maintain Register of Members is mandatory and not such list. The member can ask for extract of register of members which are maintained by the company under law. No such top 100 shareholders list is required to be kept.
