Deduction u/s 80g

Hi.....

In my office one client contribute donation to CHief Minister relief fund TamilNadu , In filling ITR , there is no PAN for relief Fund so we want to give Pay And office  PAN  but for Pay and Accounts office only TAN is available .... How shoul I file it??????
