What is the due date for filing IT return for Asst.Year 2010-11? Can we file the Return this month for the Asst.Year 2010-11?

The last day was Mar 2011. Even after paying Rs 5000 as penalty for non filing, the last date woule have been Mar 2012.
I dont think you can file your return now.

Penulty for filing of returns after the end of Revelent Assessment Year is Rs.5,000

For Normal Cases due date for filing return was 31st July 2010
For 44AB Cases due date was 30th sep 2010
We can file return for AY 2010-11 now but interest should be charge for late filing
For 44AB cases in addition to interest penalty shoud also be levied
