in our audit programe auditor show me liabilty for deduction of tds on one party, i am not deducted tds whole financial year and know we can deduction all tds in 31.03.2012. or show only in 4th qtr tds return.

You have to pay interest on TDS amount from the period when liability to deduct TDS was arised and TDS actully deposited.
This would be shown in that quarter return when you have deposited the TDS.

and pay before filing of income tax return, otherwise dat whole expense will be disalowed....
