Is sales tax apllicable on Garment sale to exporters of Out side state. if applicable @ what rate, if not than notification for refence.

If the sale of garment is for export then you need to obtain FORM H from the exporter. In your Invoice you have to mkention "Sale against Form H". Otherwise normal VAT/CST rate applicable...

Sir, can u please explain me is form H applicable in Export Sale of sale to an Exporter. Means An Exporter of delhi (A) purchase some garments from a Dealer/manufacturer from Kolkata (B) for the purpose of export to Africa (C). in this case form H will be given by A-B or C-A.

A Exporter in Delhi has to issue Form H to the supplier of Garments in Calcutta.
Otherwise Garment manufacturers in Calcutta has to pay VAT/CST as applicable to Commercial Tax Dept.
