List of state codes in vat registration of different states

I understand that first two digits in the eleven digit VAT Registration Number of any state represent/ indicate the State/ UT  where a dealer is registered. e.g. 07 indicates Delhi, 06 represents Haryana and so on. I want to have a complete list of these state codes so that by looking at the registration number I can find as to which State a particular dealer belongs to. Will anybody provide me the same?
