Annual e- filling forms & fees:-
20b form - for filling annual return (company having share capital)
21A from - for filling annual return (company not having share capital)
23ACform - for filling balance sheet of company
23ACA form- for filling profit & loss a/c of company
66 form - submission of compliance certificate (if company having paid up capital Rs10 lakh to Rs5 crore )
& go to the website "www.mca.gov.in" for calculating the fees for such above forms.
