Are these salary slip details good?

Hi guys,

Is this salary breakup for PAYSLIP of Rs.5000 fine?

BASIC-------------2500
HRA---------------1250 (because I'm in Mumbai)
Conv. All.-----------800
Med. All.------------450
-------------------------
[B]GROSS------------5000[/B]
-------------------------

Deductions column on right side:

TDS-------------0 (because salary is below tax slab)
PTAX------------0 (because monthly salary is less than Rs.5001/-)


I haven't included PF in the list because our CA firm is not registered with EPFINDIA because it has only 5 employees so it's not mandatory according to www.epfindia.com


Does this salary slip look good? Thanks!
