Service tax credit from cargo handlers

yes , mr.vasanth u can take the credit of bills recieved from cargo handling services and incase that is expendeture to us, we can reduce that amount as expendeture for cargo services,in other case that amount is income to us, we have to add that amount to cargo services and then we have to pay the s.t on that total amount.......
