There is no Important topics for FINAL.
This is CA course & not B.Com or M.Com Exam.

These are the important topice For DT to some extent we can rely on these... but so far we have to choose some topics and understand thoroughl rather than touching all topics .
Business or profession,
LLP,
Assesment of trusts,
MAT,
penalites,
Capital Gains,
TDS,
Wealth Tax.

if u observe last 3 or 4 attempts,there r no important or unimportant topics in DT/IDT...from every corner of the syllabus there is 100% chance to get a question in d exam.....
