Hai,

One of our company client promoters wants to form an LLP. They want to use the company name as their LLP name. Is it possible to get the name approved by submitting the NOC from the existing company. Please let me know is it possible to get the name approved by submitting the NOC from the existing company?

Hi Balvinder,

You can check the name availability by logging in to the MCA portal then in Quick links you can select the option check Company or LLP name

For Trademark Search you can avail the option of Public Search of Trademarks available on MCA Portal
