Pls let me know that, is the cenvat credit of service tax available for a Hotel Industry for tax paid on the work carried out by labour contractor for Land filling work on which a Hotel will be constrructed. Actually the concern wants to take the credit advantage in future when they will setup and starts providing the hotel services.
