Alright, that makes sense. But what if, you are in my position, i have only a single piece that naturally has expertise on it. First off, on any pieces that have crit, i reforge the non-crit to expertise (either haste, hit, or mastery). This brings me to within 200 points of expertise cap. Now, on the few pieces that do not have crit, i have the choice of reforging the weaker stat to either crit, or expertise. Currently i have chosen expertise, until 781, then crit for the rest. My question is, and going off your comment above, would it be better to reforge the weaker stat to crit (on non- natural crit having items) and forgo the expertise cap? Overall in my case this would shift about 200 expertise rating to crit rating, leaving me at about ~600 expertise, instead of ~790.
