Please let me know how to calculate the total fees payable for formation of company (To form 1a, for 1, for 18, form 32, any other fees, MOA stamping fees, AOA stamping fees) and how to pay the same ? This is to form a pvt ltd company in kerala state.

Please help me..

For Form 1A (1000/-)

For calculating the fee for Forms 1,18,32, visit the following link and enter the required details:

https://mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15

The stamp duty in kerala for:

form 1 (25/-)

MoA (500/-)

AoA (1000/-)

All the payments must be paid online mandatorily.

fees changes according to ur authorised capital and state in which u r incorporating.. so tell me Authorised Cap and state.

GO TO THE SIDE OF MCA &ON THT HAVING THE OPTION FOR CALCULATION OF FESS FOR VARIOUS FORMS.

Go to the MCA site select the fees calcuation and select the service and forms and give the amount of Capital and click submit, the system will display the result.
