due to some problems i m not able to appearing in ipcc grp1..bt i m able to appear in grp2...can i appear in grp2 widout appear in grp1???

Yes u can appear in Group 2 . Its ur wish and no one can stop u. Go ahead.

plz help me soon...i'm article and want 2 trnsfr on a/c of first year of training bt my principal refusing to sign. i hve submitted form 120 and institute has requested to sign form 109 by the principal bt then also he is not signing what to do? mera trnsfer ho payega??plz reply me.....

but ab jab even after getting institute letter he is refusing to sign to institute ko bataya to unhone kaha ki ek application institute k letter k sath fir se submit kro to kaun sa letter denge to wo sign kar dega??
